Hey, I’ve been there! For your 2010 Dodge Charger, the correct headlight bulb size should be an H13 for both the high and low beams. As for recommendations, I’d suggest going with something like the Philips X-tremeVision or Sylvania SilverStar Ultra. Both of these bulbs are known for offering great brightness while still being safe for oncoming traffic. 

Just be sure to align them properly when you install them to avoid blinding others on the road. If you’re looking to stick with halogens, these are solid choices that’ll give you a good mix of visibility and longevity.
