Title: Can you remove the ignition lock cylinder without a key on a Dodge Charger?
Threaded Mode
#1
So, I’ve got myself into a bit of a situation here... I lost my key for my 2013 Dodge Charger (don’t ask how, it’s a long story 😅), and now I’m stuck. The problem is, I need to remove the ignition lock cylinder, but I’ve heard mixed things about whether you can do it without the key. I’ve already looked up locksmiths, but they’re asking for a small fortune just to come out and help me, so I’m trying to see if there’s a DIY way to do this.

I know older cars sometimes had workarounds, but I’m not sure if the Charger’s ignition system is more locked down (pun intended!). Has anyone ever successfully removed the ignition lock cylinder without the key? Is it something I can realistically do myself, or am I just going to have to bite the bullet and call a locksmith? Any hacks, tricks, or even just moral support would be super appreciated right now!
