I’ve been dealing with a couple of pesky electrical gremlins in my 2016 Dodge Charger recently—my interior lights flicker, and the power windows sometimes refuse to work. You’re on the right track thinking it’s a fuse issue. Luckily, I eventually got my hands on the diagram. For the interior lights, you’ll want to check fuse #15 (which should be a 10A fuse), and for the power windows, take a look at fuse #38 (a 25A fuse) in the fuse box located in the trunk. These were the culprits in my case, so hopefully, it’s the same for you.

If you don’t have the diagram, I’d recommend grabbing one online or from a dealership if you can. It’ll save you a lot of time and make it easier to pinpoint any future issues.
