Hey guys! So I’m in the process of upgrading my tires for my Dodge Charger, which I’ve been tweaking for a bit. Right now, it’s sitting on lowering springs, which has really improved the stance and handling. I’ve also done a few performance mods like a cold air intake and a new exhaust, so it’s got a bit more power under the hood. I’m mainly driving it on the highway during the week, but I hit the track from time to time for some fun.
What I’m trying to figure out is whether I should go with all-season tires that can handle the highway miles, or if I should go with performance tires for better grip when I’m pushing the car. I definitely don’t want to sacrifice too much comfort since it’s still my daily driver, but I also want something that can keep up when I hit those higher speeds on the track. Anyone running a similar setup? What tires are you guys using, and what would you recommend for a balance between performance and daily use?
