Curious—what’s the actual top speed of a Dodge Charger, specifically a 2016 model with a 5.7L HEMI V8? I’ve heard different numbers thrown around, some say it's capped at 145 mph, while others claim it can hit over 150 mph in the right conditions. I know the SRT models can go even faster, but I’m talking about the standard R/T version. Anyone here pushed theirs to the limit? Is it really possible to break 150 mph without some serious modifications, or is that number just for perfect conditions with a tailwind and maybe a miracle? Asking for... research purposes (and maybe for a closed road test).
